Welcome To The Health Hub 11 and 12
Week 10 went well. I lost 1lb of weight and lowered my body fat % a bit.
I was hoping to drop a bit more these 2 weeks…
but . . .
I didn’t track a single meal!
I don’t even really know what happened. Laziness I suppose. If I had to hazard a guess I’d say I definitely went over on my syns, but not catastrophically over, just a bit. I was being mindful with most of my meals, and some of them I’d already planned out previously. It’s just the snacking I struggled with.
So, how does that translate to the scales and measuring tape?
Weeks Eleven and Twelve Progress
Weight – maintained
BMI – maintained
Body fat % – maintained
Waist – maintained
Hips – maintained
Thighs – maintained
Honestly, I’m OK with this. I was half-expecting a gain so I’m just happy that didn’t happen.
That said, next week I’d really like to lose at least a pound so I can get my half stone award! 🎉🎉🎉
