Last week the UK went into a second lockdown. The gym is closed and so is the venue where I go to for Slimming World IMAGE therapy. So, we’re doing weekly meetups via Zoom.
This week I want to focus on reducing my syns (AKA stop going over my 15 a day limit).

Week Nine Progress
This week, I was looking at my diet to try and pinpoint where my bloating was coming from. It seemed to be the lactose I consume (mostly from milk). So, I decided to go for soya milk for a while to see if it made any difference to that.
Weight – 1lb lost
BMI – 0.2 lost
Body fat % – 1.2% lost
Waist – 1.15inches lost
Hips – maintained
Thighs – maintained
I am most definitely feeling less bloated after switching to soya milk, so I’ll be continuing with that this coming week. I don’t know if that means I’m lactose intolerant, but considering that most of us are, to some degree, I wouldn’t be surprised. I must admit, the first few drinks I made with this milk tasted quite strange, but it didn’t take long to get used to it.
