This week I joined an intense dance class with a great friend. When I say intense, I mean intense! I was exhausted when the hour was over, and felt it in my muscles for a few days after πŸ˜….

Next week I would very much like to lose 2lbs, but even 1 would be good. One will get me into a new stone bracket so I’d be over the moon with that.
