In last week’s health hub post I was off-track with my meals but still managed to lose half a pound, lose 0.5inches from my hips andΒ I received a second Slimmer of the Week certificate!
This week I’m planning to start cooking some recipes from the Free Foods A to Z book. Hopefully, this will help me to lose more than half a pound to get out of my current stone bracket. π€

I’m fine with this. As frustrating as it is to move slowly, I’d rather that than make progress quickly and not be able to sustain it.
This week I joined an intense dance class with a great friend. When I say intense, I mean intense! I was exhausted when the hour was over, and felt it in my muscles for a few days after π .

Next week I would very much like to lose 2lbs, but even 1 would be good. One will get me into a new stone bracket so I’d be over the moon with that.
