Last week’s Health Hub check-in was fantastic! I lost 2lbs, reduced my BMI by 0.4, and I received a Slimmer of the Week certificate.
This week I was hoping to drop another 2lbs to get under my current stone bracket.
However . . .
This week I went completely off the rails. 😱
I didn’t exercise, I didn’t track my food, I have no idea how many syns or healthy extras I had each day. I wish I had a good excuse, but my only real reason is that I was busy with work and redecorating my bathroom every day.
So, let’s check the damage.

Week Three Progress
Weight – 0.5lbs off
BMI – maintained
Body fat % – 0.01% lost
Waist – maintained
Hips – 0.5inches lost
Thighs – maintained
I really don’t understand how I had any kind of a loss this week. Not that I ate particularly unhealthy foods, but I didn’t track a single thing.
Also, somehow it must have been an off-track week for everyone within my group because I got another Slimmer of the Week certificate!
Despite how I got there I’m super happy with how this weigh-in went.
To help myself get back on track I decided to purchase the Free Foods A to Z book for some free meal ideas. Next week, I plan to cook most of my evening meals from those recipes and, hopefully, lose more than half a pound to get out of this stone bracket!
